What is coaching?

Executive Coaching is similar to having a personal trainer in the gym, instead of improving your athletic performance we are working to better your professional career. The benefits often spill into all areas of your life. Together we will build your leadership skills, identify your strengths and increase your confidence. Sessions are confidential, usually an hour long and led by you. I will guide you to navigate complex challenges and achieve your professional goals. It is not mentoring (which offers advice), and it is not therapy (based on past events).

Coaching is future focused and supports you to think more clearly, solve problems and operate at your best, especially under pressure.

Services

1:1 Executive coaching

£125 per session (60 minutes)

A focused confidential space to work through challenges, gain clarity and strengthen your leadership. Sessions can be booked individually or as a structured programme.

3 month Insight Leadership Programme

£600

Six coaching sessions over 3 months, with reflective exercises between sessions and email check ins as needed, ideal for building momentum and embedding new habits.

6 month Deep Dive Programme

£1150

Twelve sessions over 6 months. Designed for clinicians navigating ongoing leadership responsibilities, career transitions or systemic pressures.

Sessions take place over Zoom. For local clients in person is an option if preferred. I am based in Kent, England.
